Shipping

Lamoralighting operates using an international fulfilment and dropshipping model. Many of our products are shipped directly from global supplier warehouses. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during:

·         Peak seasons

·         Promotional periods

·         Public holidays

·         High order volume periods

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

1.2 International Fulfilment

Due to our global supplier network:

·         Orders may be shipped from international warehouses

·         Partial shipments may occur

·         Tracking updates may take several days to activate

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery may involve international logistics and customs processing.


1.3 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

·         5–10 business days (standard products)

·         7–12 business days (large products)

These timeframes are estimates only and not guarantees.

Lamoralighting is not responsible for delays caused by:

·         Customs clearance

·         Carrier disruptions

·         Weather events

·         Postal service interruptions

·         Incorrect address information

Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for chargebacks or automatic refunds.


1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for standard products unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


1.5 Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Lamoralighting is not liable for:

·         Incorrect or incomplete addresses

·         Failed delivery attempts

·         Returned-to-sender shipments

If a parcel is returned due to address error, the customer may:

·         Pay reshipping costs, or

·         Receive a refund excluding original shipping costs


2. Returns Policy

2.1 14-Day Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for return:

·         Item must be unused

·         Item must not be installed

·         Item must be in original condition

·         Item must include original packaging

·         Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2.2 Mandatory Return Authorisation

All returns require prior written approval.

Returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.


2.3 International Return Warehouses

Due to our dropshipping model, returns must be sent to the original international fulfilment warehouse (often located outside Australia).

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

·         Return shipping may be international

·         Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law)

·         We are not responsible for lost return shipments

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.


2.4 Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns:

·         Customer covers return shipping costs

·         A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply

·         Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.


2.5 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

You must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Email support@lamoralighting.com with:

·         Order number

·         Clear photos of the item

·         Photos of packaging

Failure to report within 48 hours may limit eligibility for resolution.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.


2.6 Refund Processing

If approved:

·         Refunds are issued to the original payment method

·         Processing occurs within 10 business days

·         Banks may require additional time

We reserve the right to withhold refunds until returned goods are received and inspected.


3. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

To protect against fraud and policy abuse, Lamoralighting reserves the right to:

·         Refuse returns showing signs of use or damage

·         Deny excessive return patterns

·         Request identity verification

·         Dispute unjustified chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, we may provide:

·         Proof of delivery

·         Order confirmation records

·         Customer communications

·         Tracking documentation

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and result in additional evidence being submitted to your payment provider.


4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

If a product has a minor failure, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.
